We welcome you to our online industrial instrument store EACS “Eastern Automation & Controls Services”. EACS provides online shopping facilities to users subject to the Terms & Conditions laid out by the EACS.

By visiting and/or shopping from EACS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PRIVACY POLICY:

EACS is committed to protecting your privacy and to comply with data protection and privacy laws, This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected in connection with the products and services offered by EACS. Personal data is collected when you make a purchase, use or register via EACS. We collect personal data only with your knowledge and consent. EACS will not share information about you (including your email address) with any other without your prior consent. However, EACS is not responsible for any breach of security or any actions of the third parties who receive the information. You will not receive unsolicited mails from third parties.

By registering with EACS  with your email address you agree that you may be asked to participate occasional online surveys and polls at certain times, register on mailing lists, and sign-up in other areas such as our message forums and we may send you a weekly email. We will also mail you occasionally with updates about the service and information about your registration.

EACS may use the aggregate and statistical information for the development of our products and services.

Please note that we reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate our systems properly and to protect both ourselves and our users,

Should we elect to change our privacy policy we will post the changes here. Wherever the changes are significant, we may also choose to email all our registered users with the new policy details.


ORDER / SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders placed via EACS are subject to the approval from EACS and we may contact you via email or phone to confirm the order. We give our best to process your order on urgent basis subject to the availability of item in our stocks.

 PAYMENT METHODS:

  • Online Bank Transfer: For all residing in country or out of country. Bank details will forwarded by e-mail after confirming order with the invoice. 
  • You can also send payment through Western Union money transfer. 
  • We will soon bring other payment modes like PayPal, Credit card, online bank transfer and Transfer via Cheque.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Orders will ship within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the full payment, not including holidays or weekends.

  • For urgent delivery of any item kindly, contact the customer care department.

  • Because of any uncertain circumstances, delivery time can be change without any prior notice, although EACS strongly endeavors to meet its timelines.
  •  
  • Order once placed can only be cancel prior to processing of payment. At this time, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. If you find a manufacturing defect in any of our items, please contact us immediately at customer.care@eastern.com.pk and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

All items supplied by us are fully tested and carefully packed before shipping, including the use of anti-static bags/wrapping where applicable. If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items, you are deem to have received the items in full working order and with no problems.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, this should be report to us within 7 days of delivery. You then have a further 7 days to return the item, with all packaging and documentation, for assessment/inspection.

We will only authorize the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty when received

If you receive any item faulty supplied by EACS, you should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace your item. If no replacement, part found. then we will refund the amount you originally paid.

Damaged in transit

If items damaged in transit, this should be report to us within 7 days, so we can provide you with a same unit after returning of damaged item. If there is no availability for a replacement, the price of the items, as paid, will be refund. if the damage was due to our packing and/or our carrier.

Incorrect item

If you receive items which do not match those ordered, you should contact us within 7 days to arrange return.

Repair, Replace, Refund

In the first instance, we will always try to repair your existing part in one of our repair centers or local repair partners. If a repair is not possible or will take too long. then we would replace your item with same part. If no part can be found. then we will refund the amount you originally paid.
